From the smallest micro assembly to large custom built machinery, Churchmen’s state-of-the-art CNC equipment operates on GIBBS/CAM Software and can handle virtually any alloy. Churchmen’s can also add a permanent identification part number, logo, precision scale, or any necessary information directly onto your parts for easy identification within your operations. Depending on your need, we can lightly laser markings — where a finger won’t pick up any indentation — or deeply laser permanent markings. With the Open Laser Engraving System, we can laser almost any size part due to its mobility. The laser is so highly precise, we can add a scale, quality photograph or logo to a part. PROTOTYPING
At Churchmen’s, we specialize in turning your design concept in to a practical, working prototype. We can help guide you through all processes, including machining, fabrication, and utilizing the finished product. We provide drawings through Solidworks, Kubotec, and Gibbs Cam and can review the materials required to make your concept into a reality; if you can design it, we can fabricate it.
REVERSE ENGINEERING / REPAIR WORK
At Churchmen’s Machine Company, we can duplicate any part through our reverse engineering process. We’ll use our years of experience to examine the part, draw up a new design, and craft it to meet the quality standards of a replacement part. We can also suggest changes in design and materials to improve the overall quality of the part so it can last longer.
Need help with an equipment repair or overhaul project? We have the equipment, tools, and materials to get you back up and running within a matter of hours to a couple of days, depending on the severity of the job. Our repair work services include shafting, rollers, machine components, gearing, robotics, heavy equipment, extruders and molds.
DIE WORK
We are equipped to handle any die work from sheeting, punch, and die, to extruding dies. Our skilled craftsmen will review your designs and apply advanced machining, inspection, and measuring methods to ensure all of the work we do conforms to the values required by your part’s design.
WELDMENTS / FABRICATIONS / CUSTOM FRAMEWORK
When your job requires custom framework, weldments and fabrications, you can count on Churchmen’s to handle assemblies of all types and sizes. We complete frameworks with detailed specifications and rock solid stability on time, the first time. At Churchmen’s, we stand behind everything we do.
CERTIFIED WELDING
Churchmen’s Machine Company handles all types of metal welding, including Mig/Tig, Arc, and Acetylene. We are now welding certified by class D1.1 and D1.6 standards for all steels, including stainless. Cast iron, aluminum and some plastics, including Polypropylene, CPVC, PVC, UHMW, and Polyurethane, are also listed among our welding specialties, but these categories are not certified welds. Whether it’s repairing broken machinery or fabricating a new design, we have the knowledge and capability to complete the job professionally and quickly. With our new high-production hardfacing equipment, we can add special alloys to your high-wear surfaces to increase its longevity.
